We offer classic lash extensions which takes approximately 2 hours.

50% classics, 50% russians. A perfect in-between

The most dramatic looking set. 2-5 lighter fans applied to one natural lash ​for a fuller and fluffier look.

Brow lamination lasts up to 8 weeks. Dye will last 7-14 days on the skin ​and up to 7 weeks on the hair. Includes a cleanse, lamination, dye, wax, ​and tweeze

LAMINATION

Do not wet the brows for the first 48 hours

Avoid the sun/sun-beds, saunas, steam and swimming for 24 hours

Avoid make up and fake tanning for 2-3 days

Do not apply any oils or products within the first 48hrs.

Clients will need to brush the hairs into place every morning

You can apply brow soap/balm to keep that flat sleek shiny l​ook

LASH EXTENSTIONS

Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours after appointment

Avoid sweating for 48 hours

Avoid heavy make up, especially around the eyes

Do not pick, pull, twist or touch your lashes

Avoid sleeping on your face

Do not use mascara or lash curlers

Cleanse your lashes 3-7 per week with a foaming cleanser,

these are available for purchase in store and online

Brush daily with the lash brush provided at your appointment

Only use oil-free products

Schedule your next appointment in advance to secure your spot. I ​recommend ever 2-3 weeks, but this depends on your cycle

WAXING

Avoid tweezing in between appointments to maintain the shape

Do not apply self tanning products to the area for 24 hours as the pores ​are open and will result in the the sticking to the pores

Avoid makeup and fake tan on the area f​or 24 hours

Wash your hands before touching the areas to minimise ​the risk of infection or ​irritation

Avoid exercise or anything that causes you to sweat f​or 24 hours

TINT/DYE AFTERCARE

Avoid getting them wet for 24 hours

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam ​room and swimming pools for 24 hours

Avoid exfoliating the area for at least 2-3 days to avoid over exfoliating ​and damaging the skin

Avoid using self tanning/make-up products on the face for 2-3 days to ​avoid infection

Avoid touching the brow area as this leads to oils entering the pores ​and clogging them

Remember your tint results will be darkers and more defined ​immediately after your appointment but they will begin to fade ​depending on the frequency of cleansing

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• Lash appointments: Remove all make-up with an oil based cleanser prior to appointment. Failure to do so will result in ​a $15 makeup removal fee.
  
• Lash appointments: Avoid caffeine/caffeinated drink the day of your appointment.
  
• Please arrive on time, no earlier, no later.
  

Cancelations: All cancelations must be made 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your ​deposit being forfeited. Deposit is made prior to appointment and is 50% of total service fee.

Late/no show fee: If you are running late please advise me asap. If you are more than 10minutes late, you will be marked ​as a no show and your deposit will be forfeited. If you fail to show up for any reason you will also forfeit your deposit. ​Deposit is made prior to appointment and is 50% of total service fee.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds however, if you are unhappy with your service please contact me directly to ​resolve the issue.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Clients eyes must remain closed for the entire service. Failure to do so could result in chemical burn.

Please be respectful. We do not tolerate any sort of abuse. If I feel that there has been mistreatment towards myself you ​will be banned from booking with me again. I want to create an enjoyable environment.

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Due to natural shedding lash infills are required every 1-3 weeks to maintain a full look. 50% of extensions must still be ​attached for an infill. Anything below 50% will be a full set. Extensions must be cleaned minimum of 3 times a week with ​a foaming lash cleanser. Failure to do so will decrease the longevity of your extensions and increase the risk of bacterial ​eye infections. Due to the sensitivity of thee eyes if an allergic reaction occurs you will be required to seek the approval ​of a doctor before a removal can be undertaken. Cost associated with the treatment of an allergic reaction are at your ​own expense and will not be covered or compensated by the beauty therapist. Patch test are available to book for free ​online. This is up to the client to book. There are no refund or partial refunds in any circumstance.

I will provide you with an aftercare/loyalty card and a lash brush after your appointment.
